"Wait, what did you say?" I asked Chery, trying to devour every word she just said.
"I SAID, THERE IS A GUY STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF US THAT IS GOING TO SHOOT US IF WE DON'T HURRY!"
I pivoted my head in the direction of her branch and...
...I saw him.
He was covered in a green cloak, and he had shoes that had little cup-like features on it. His face was covered by a black mask, and his hands were filled with hair.
Then, with no warning, he lunged at us with all his might, trying to drag us to the ground.
"Let's get out of here!" I said, dashing across the rocky terrain.
So, the man missed us with his punch, but he did not give up. He took out a gun-shaped object out of his pocket.
"THE ZAZER!!!!" cried Chery.
I glanced around, trying to find something to help us get out of this situation.
As I looped around the area, my eyes fixed on a jahtuero leaf, one of the biggest leaves I ever saw. Then I remembered how we got here. At the same time, I saw some hard, flexible substance made into a rope.
I looked at the dragons.
Then the leaf.
Then the thread.
"Don't worry," I said. "I have a plan."

"I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!" Chery said, as we flew across the sky in our flying sleigh.
I couldn't believe it either. The dragons could fly! And even though they were babies, they flew like adults. It was so awesome that I just had to belt out this song:
Jingle bells, jingle bells,
Jingle all the way,
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh...
"ENOUGH WITH THE SINGING!" said Chery. "LET'S JUST GET OUT OF HERE!"
"Okay," I said, grabbing hold of the rein.
