DING DONG! The doorbell rang in Dr. Malachi's lab just a couple hours after the kids' disappearance, and Dr. Malachi was nervous. What would they say? What would they do? Would he lose his job? He thought all these thoughts as he unlocked the door and let the parents inside.
The first thing that the parents did was screaming for their children. And of course, they didn't come.
The parents got a little over worried.
"Where's James?" cried James' mom.
"Could my Maci be here?" asked Maci's mom, as she looked frantically around the chemical closet.
The rest of the parents acted the same way.
"Sorry," Dr. Malachi sighed, and told them his story.

After the story, the parents stood in shock.
"Did that really happen?" asked one of the parents.
Dr. Malachi nodded.
"CHARGE!" cried one of the moms, and in a second they were all running after Dr. Malachi.
Oh, no! he thought. I was afraid this day would come.
He shivered in fright as he hopped in his car and drove away from the angry mob.
The mommies are turning against 'man'kind!
